Making of this scene
About this project
In ‘Murder Mystery 2’, the crime is committed during the Maharajah’s wedding. Jeremy Garelick, director of ‘Murder Mystery 2’, wanted to make this scene a tribute to Bollywood movies. He commissionned Mahina Khanum and Avishai Leger-Tanger to create the choreography and the music. The song was composed by the Mumbai-based duet Avinash Chandrachud and Vishwajeet Joshi, under the direction of Avishai Leger-Tanger. It was then choreographed by Mahina Khanum. 70 dancers and 10 musicians were hired and trained by Mahina Khanum and Avishai Leger-Tanger to make up for the dancing guests.
